What to Expect During Your First Visit
We will need you to complete a medical history form. You can fill this from online on our website prior to your visit or if you prefer to fill it in here then please arrive a few minutes early. It is vital that we know about any medical conditions and medications as these could affect your treatment. Our dentist will also need to take digital x-rays because these show areas hidden from view, allowing us to fully evaluate your teeth, tooth roots and jawbone.
After carefully assessing this information, our dentist will talk to you about your oral health and any concerns you might have. If treatment is needed, every option will be clearly explained. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions about as we want you to fully understand your dental health.
